The Employee Giving Campaign is an exciting way to make a difference, and every gift shows that VCHS employees are proud of the exceptional health care provided by the staff each and every day!  All employees give so much of their time and talents to VCHS everyday to make a difference in the lives of all patients, to the community, and surrounding communities.  No matter what their role is, their personal dedication sends a powerful message and creates a sense of community within the workplace!

How It Works

The VCHS Board invites each VCHS employee to participate in its VCHS Employee Giving Campaign.

By giving through recurring or one-time payroll deduction, their donation is automatically deducted from their paycheck. With no set minimum or maximum amount, employees get involved and give back easily and quickly as they see fit. Recurring payroll deduction allows employees to spread their pledge over the course of a year, in smaller, more financially manageable amounts to be deducted from their paycheck.

We feel that giving is an important tool for employee engagement.
