How It WorksThe VCHS Board invites each VCHS employee to participate in its VCHS Employee Giving Campaign.
By giving through recurring or one-time payroll deduction, their donation is automatically deducted from their paycheck. With no set minimum or maximum amount, employees get involved and give back easily and quickly as they see fit. Recurring payroll deduction allows employees to spread their pledge over the course of a year, in smaller, more financially manageable amounts to be deducted from their paycheck. We feel that giving is an important tool for employee engagement. |
